What exactly do I receive after ordering?
A WhatsApp message containing your username, password, server URL and an M3U link. Those four details work on every device you own.
How quickly is my subscription activated?
Usually within a few minutes of ordering. There is no postal delivery and no hardware, so activation is simply us creating the line and sending it to you.
How much does it cost?
£10 for one month, £20 for three, £32 for six and £45 for twelve. Every plan carries the identical channel list — see the

Is there a contract?
No. You pay for the period you chose and it ends there. Nothing renews automatically and there is no cancellation process to go through.
Can I try before paying?
Yes — request a
free trial. We do not ask for card details to start one.
Which devices are supported?
Firestick and Fire TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android phones, tablets and boxes, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Windows, Mac, Formuler and MAG boxes.
What internet speed do I need?
Around 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. Ethernet is more stable than Wi-Fi for live sport.
Do I need a VPN?
No. A VPN can help if your provider throttles heavy streaming, but the service is designed to work on normal UK broadband without one.
Can two people watch at the same time?
A standard line allows one stream at a time. Ask for a multi-connection line when you order if you need more.

Yes, in every plan, including pay-per-view events, at no extra charge. See the

What happens if a channel stops working?
Message us on WhatsApp. We will fix it or give you an alternative stream, usually in the same conversation.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within seven days if the service does not perform for you. The full terms are on the

Do you store my card details?
No. Payment is arranged directly when you order and we do not keep card details on file.
Can I use it outside the UK?
Yes. The subscription follows your login, not your location, so it works while travelling.
How do I renew?
Message us before your end date and we extend the same line. Your devices need no changes because the login stays the same.
