Whatever you are watching on, setup follows the same three steps: install a player app, enter the login we send you, and let the channel list load. Below is the specific route for each device, plus the fixes for the problems people actually hit.
When you order, we send four things on WhatsApp: a username, a password, a server URL and an M3U link. Keep that message — every device below needs those same details, and nothing else.
Allow unknown sources, install Downloader, then IPTV Smarters or TiViMate. Full walkthrough on the Firestick page.
Install IBO Player or Smart IPTV from the TV's own store and send us the MAC address it displays. See the Smart TV page.
TiViMate for boxes, IPTV Smarters for phones. Both take an Xtream Codes login. See the Android page.
Install IPTV Smarters or GSE Smart IPTV from the App Store, choose Xtream Codes login and enter your details.
These use a portal address rather than a username. Send us the device MAC address and we will register it, then the portal loads on its own.
VLC opens the M3U link directly. For a proper guide and library, use IPTV Smarters for desktop instead.
Switch from Wi-Fi to ethernet — this alone resolves most cases. Then clear the app cache and restart the device. If it only happens at one time of day, tell us the time and the channel so we can check the source.
Re-check the server URL character by character, including http:// and the port. Almost every "it does not work" message turns out to be one wrong digit.
Give the first EPG download two minutes. Still empty? Force a refresh in the app's settings, and if it stays blank message us — occasionally a guide source needs re-pointing.
Change the decoder in the player settings (hardware to software or the reverse). If it happens on every channel and every device, it is a server issue and we should hear about it.
Stuck on any step? Message us and we will walk through it with you.
